 Did curiousity bring you to this page? Are you looking for some traditional filipino dancing in your life? WELL you came to the right page! The Filipino Student Association offers a great way for students to get in touch with their cultural heritage! The FSA Dance Troupe is dedicated to bringing you some of the popular cultural dances created in the Philippines. Towards the end of Spring Semester, we have our Annual Sayaw Show. This showcase brings families and friends together for a night of celebrating Filipino Heritage and Culture. Our Annual Sayaw Show is one event, you wouldn't want to miss!

   From school events to wedding receptions and graduation parties to Filipino events within Florida, Dance Troupe performs throughout the year. If you're interested in having us perform for your event, we ask that you please contact our Dance Troupe Co-Coordinators 4 weeks in advance. Especially since our Annual Sayaw Show is a high priority for our dancers during Spring Semester (January - March). They will need an ample amount of time to find dancers and set practice dates.

          Dance Troupe performs everything from dancing with water, flirting with partners, jumping through sticks, battling with sticks, and flying off benches! These may seem a little farfetched, but these dances actually have their own deeper meanings. What are they, you ask? Come to an FSA Dance Troupe meeting to find out! Our Dance Troupe Co-Coordinators and fellow members are here to help you learn. NO prior experience necessary! We encourage all of our FSA members to come, have fun, meet new people and learn about the Filipino heritage through dancing!
